We want you to love your Asha : Eleven and wear it or use it LOTS. In case you decide you won't, we offer a full cash refund, a replacement or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are offered on all items except swimwear and SALE items. Returns on garments are conditional to the state in which it is returned (unworn, packaging/labels in tact etc).
Regrettably we can not offer returns or exchanges on international orders - the reason being; South Africa customs charges us duty to bring the item back into the country and it becomes an unjustifiably costly process - sorry!
Please note that refunds are only given for the cost of the item and not for shipping. In the case that you qualified for free shipping, an amount of R80 for shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
The cost of return shipping is at your expense and refunds will only be processed once we receive the item in good condition. *VERY NB : it is your responsibility to return the item to us by reliable and recorded delivery. In the case that the return item is lost by the service you have used to return it back to us, we can not process the refund.
Please follow these instructions for returns and refunds;
1. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief detail why (doesn't fit, doesn't suit etc)
2. Package with all original tags and bags included, address and send to:

If the original tags and bags are not included with the return we will deduct a small fee from your refund amount.
3. On receipt of your return in good order we will process your refund via our payment gateway Payfast. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to process (this is the amount of time they stipulate but it usually takes quicker)

EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT:
If you have ordered an item in the wrong size or wrong colour/print, we will gladly exchange it for you for the correct item as long as it is available in stock. If there is not something available in stock you would like and you would prefer to keep store credit, we will issue you with a credit voucher to be spent on something you like as and when you please.
Please follow the same procedure above, indicating that you would like an exchange or store credit and not a cash refund.
The cost of return shipping is your expense and the liability of the return item reaching us is your responsibility.
Once we receive your returned item in original packaging and condition, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.
We undergo extremely thorough quality control throughout the making process and all online orders are checked again before shipping out however, in the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself.
To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, please follow the same instructions above to return the item to us. Once we have inspected the damaged item we will refund you the cost of returning it back and arrange a replacement to be sent to you. In the case that we are unable to replace the item because it is out of stock, we will offer you a full cash refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
