Loose fitting shift style dress with waved style line gathered hem frill. Frill detail on round neck with slit opening with double ties finished with hand made tassels. Bellow sleeve elasticated with rows of shirring elastic at cuff giving frill detail over wrist. Length mid thigh/above knee. Style can also be worn in reverse.
