Featuring a mid length hem with a gathered frill panel, there is a loose fitting seam line at the waist with a peplum frill detail all around. The front offers a straight cut across the top whilst the back has shirring elastic so the dress might last more than just a year! The shoulder straps can be tied over the shoulders or you can also cross them over at the back and tie at the base of the back in two cute bows (this way helps it slipping off their shoulders).
