Mtoto meaning baby or child in Swahili pays homage to the classic baby doll silhouette. It is pretty and playful and is wearable just about any day or any time. It features a frill hemmed bib in contrast white around the front and the back, a neck tie which works left open or bowed close. The baloon sleeves taper at the cuff with an elasticated frill detail. The body and hem are voluminous and trimmed with a gathered frill.
