BENEFITS & USES
Use this oil as a moisturiser after toning or cleansing. Apply a few drops to your cheeks and massage all over your face and neck and allow the oil to absorb into your skin. When using facial oils, it’s important to remember that oils should be the last step in your facial care regime. Oil can penetrate through cream, but cream cannot penetrate through oil, so if you were to put any cream on top of the oil it will only sit there and be wasted as it will not be able be absorbed by the skin.
The highlight of this hydrating facial oil is the many wonders and magical qualities of Frankincense. It has a woody, sweet spicy scent that warms up the skin naturally. It has been shown to help firm, tone, and regenerate aging skin, as well as reducing time for wound healing and the appearance of scars and fine lines. The blend is also supplemented with nourishing Vitamin E. When skin is exposed to UV light, smoke, and air pollution, it produces free radicals and other rogue molecules that damage collagen, DNA and skin cells, all of which ultimately contribute to wrinkles and brown spots. Vitamin E fights those effects by neutralizing the free radicals. Preliminary research suggests that the topical form of this vitamin helps skin hold on to water, a key factor not only in softness but in healthy, hydrated resilient skin.
